By selecting "I Agree" during the checkout process, account registration, or interacting in any way with the Site, you agree to adhere to and be legally bound by this Agreement, as well as the Advisory Agreement with the Experts (collectively, "Related Agreements"), including all rules, policies, and disclaimers present on the Site or communicated to you (collectively referred to as "Terms").

If you do not agree with these Terms in their entirety, please refrain from using the Site. It is important to carefully review all the Terms before using the Site.

By using the Site, you:

1. Agree to be bound by these Terms.

Definitions

When these terms refer to "User, client, and you," it is referring to the individual or legal entity that contracts and uses the service as a client.

When referring to Consultation with Experts, we, the service, refer to CONSULTWITHEXPERTS, owned by:

"Experts" refers to the person or collaborator who responds to inquiries and questions on the website.

Electronic Communications

By using CONSULTWITHEXPERTS or sending us any communication via email, you are communicating electronically with our entity. You authorize your consent to receive communications from us electronically as well. You agree that all contracts, notifications, and other communications we provide electronically will meet any legal requirements for written communications. You are responsible for the email address you have provided and that will be associated with your account profile.

Modifications to the Terms

CONSULTWITHEXPERTS reserves the right to change, revise, or modify the Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the website or by express communication via email if express acceptance is required with sufficient advance notice. You agree to take the necessary steps to ensure you receive all our emails, avoiding them being filtered as spam. Continued use of our Service after posting changes implies your acceptance of those modifications. If you do not agree with the proposed changes, your only option is to cease using the Site. The updated Terms will always be available on the Site for your review.

Use of the Site

CONSULTWITHEXPERTS offers an informational, educational, and consultative space where Clients can ask questions and Experts provide personalized and private answers for the client. The content of the questions on the site, called "Posts," is provided by Users and not by CONSULTWITHEXPERTS. Experts act as independent Users of the Site and not as employees or representatives of CONSULTWITHEXPERTS. Experts choose the queries to respond to at their own discretion.

It is important to note that the tools available on the Site and any other technological tools offered ("Tools") are optional. They are designed to facilitate interaction within the Site, and their use is not mandatory. Some of these Tools may be based on or developed using artificial intelligence (AI) models, and their use is subject to the present terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other relevant disclosures. CONSULTWITHEXPERTS may allow Experts to use certain Tools at their discretion, which may incorporate AI models or other automated technologies to assist in communication with other Users.

CONSULTWITHEXPERTS does not intervene in communications between Clients and Experts, does not establish direct connections with specific Experts, and does not endorse or take responsibility for recommending any particular Expert. Nor does it endorse, edit, modify, review, supervise, or guarantee the content of the Post, nor the part of CONSULTWITHEXPERTS. Experts are responsible for reviewing and approving any content generated by Tools before communicating with Clients, and CONSULTWITHEXPERTS is not responsible for the actions or omissions of the Experts, nor for the content of the Posts, nor for the ability of the Experts to answer questions or Clients to pay for the answers.

However, CONSULTWITHEXPERTS reserves the right, although not obligated, to not publish or remove any content from the Site.

Emergencies and Crisis Situations:

For emergency or crisis situations, especially those related to medical or mental health issues, qualified professionals should be contacted immediately by phone or in person. In Spain, for example, you should call 112. The Site should not be used to handle such emergency situations, medical treatments, etc.

Trial Period, Automatic Renewal, and Subscription Cancellation

CONSULTWITHEXPERTS is a subscription service that offers clients the opportunity to make unlimited queries on the site for a periodic fee, either monthly or annually. During each subscription cycle, an automatic charge is made to clients every 30 days.

As a promotional offer, users are given a 3-day trial period for a reduced price: 1 euro (or 0.50 € in occasional offers). Once the trial period ends, if the user does not unsubscribe from the subscription service, it will automatically renew at the monthly rate:

- Monthly subscription price 29.90 euros.
- Monthly subscription price on promotion: 19.90 euros.

The user has the right to cancel their subscription within the first thirty (30) days after paying for the subscription.

Expert Verification

At CONSULTWITHEXPERTS, each Expert has at least one credential verified by independent entities and relevant to the knowledge category. The term "Expert" used by CONSULTWITHEXPERTS or on the Site refers to Users who offer answers and does not imply a guarantee of a specific level of knowledge on their part.

CONSULTWITHEXPERTS assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on the information or content of the Posts.

No Professional Relationship. Informational Content Only.

This portal is designed to provide general answers for informational and consultative purposes. User Accounts

When creating an account on the Site, the user must provide a username, password, and email address that will allow access to their profile, which must be kept private. Do not disclose or share these details with third parties, and assume sole responsibility for any activity.
Only one active account is allowed on the Site. You agree to keep your personal and payment information updated, including your email address and other relevant data. Additionally, you adhere to the established billing processes, providing and updating necessary legal and truthful billing information to keep your account active.

Service Suspension

The user can suspend their account and the service at any time by notifying via email to info@consultwithexperts.co.uk. The cancellation process may take up to 7 business days to process.

CONSULTWITHEXPERTS reserves the right, without prior notice, with or without reason, to deny service to anyone, to restrict, suspend, or close any user account.

Refund Policy

The user may request a refund of the amount paid within thirty (30) days from the date of payment for their query on CONSULTWITHEXPERTS.

To do so, they must send an email to info@consultwithexperts.co.uk. If the refund request is not made within the stipulated thirty (30) days after payment, info@consultwithexperts.co.uk will be exempt from any refund obligation for any reason.

Exclusion of Warranties and Limitation of Liabilities

The services provided by this website and any associated content are offered as information and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

The information received through this site does not constitute any warranty or representation not expressly stated in these terms. It does not ensure or guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or errors, that defects will be corrected.
CONSULTWITHEXPERTS does not ensure or guarantee that the use or the results of the use of the materials through the service, either directly
